Notice to customers purchasing new and used Pass Labs equipment.

When purchasing used Pass Labs equipment from a foreign country please be aware of the following:

1. Pass Labs warranty policy is only valid in the country of purchase.

2. Pass Labs warranty requires that units with remaining warranty be returned to the country of purchase for the warranty to be valid. Customer is responsible for freight both ways and all associated import and export charges.

3. Pass Labs foreign distributors are not required to provide warranty service, repair or change AC mains voltage on units that they did not originally import and sell.

4. Pass Labs foreign distributors may at their discretion offer service for a fee.

Note: Products purchased from the United States have power transformers that only allow for 120 volt AC operation.
